I had been wanting for years to be able to photograph Bison in the winter. What better a place do to that than Yellowstone National Park? Well, I packed up my long johns, grabbed my camera gear and away I went.
Having never photographed in snow, with the white background, I had a lot to learn about having to get some photos to share. It wasn't long before I was finding the animals I wanted to see.
I'm always amazed to see such beauty. There's something very magical in park, yet add the winter to it and it's a whole level higher of beauty.
